I've received offer of lead consultant -data science from Genpact with a joining date of 27th nov. However, my current company's LWD for me is 23 Dec as per 60 day NP. I'm doing my best to negotiate an early release, but they are not relieving me early.
Has anyone been in a similar situation where you needed to request an extension on your joining date? Do you think Genpact would be open to providing a new offer letter with a revised date? Genpact Headstrong Genpac
