Is it difficult landing an in-house position as only a second year corporate associate in big law? I know some people who went in-house straight out of law school and some who had no transactional background but went in-house after just a year of practice. Not having that same luck on my end.

I am looking for a referral for a job in Pfizer. I am a Pharmacist with many years of Pharmacy and Business experience. I am also in the process of starting my MBA. I would appreciate the help greatly as I have applied to other Pharma positions without referrals and not had much success this way. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have an interview with McKinsey - Senior Associate, the role pays 50k more than my current role. (3YOE)
I have no consulting experience nor do I have an MBA. Somehow I’ve passed the first 3 stages and I am now onto the case study interviews.

Questions about job hopping-
My average tenure at a company is ~1.5 years (with ~11 YOE), but each jump I've made has yielded progressive/tangible career growth.

I'm concerned after my most recent jump (went from a product director to a head of product position at a different, smaller company after only a year) that I've kind of poisoned future career prospects at larger companies.

Any insights on whether this type of job hopping is a complete deal breaker for potential HMs?

I am a career changer on mo 4 of a 6 mo sourcer/researcher contract that I’m not sure will be renewed due to team re-organizing. I have 5 YOE basically in an HR generalist role at a company that didn’t have an official HR function, building systems from the ground up. I also have my SHRM-CP. I am looking for a perm, remote HR generalist or program manager position and getting no traction despite a well-reviewed resume. What do I do? Should I go to grad school?

Creatives who left for tech. What is it exactly that you do now? Is it still writing or art directing? Or a different creative role? Hearing about people leaving for tech so I want to know what it means exactly aside from the benefits.

Worked so hard to get a tech exit with reasonable comp, but now that I got it, it feels weird to leave strat consulting. Consulting pays more in the longer term with much faster progression, but once in tech always in tech, more meaningful S&O work and better wlb (hopefully??)

I have an interview coming up for a Case Manager position for the in-home care company. I would have 16 patients in my caseload 9 locally & 6 out of town. The company said the case managers are the backbone to their organization. Is the workload much greater than the in home nurse? I bought a house last year from a senior couple and was locked into a senior exemption on my property taxes for the rest of the year. I just received my property tax bill for the new year and I'm still locked into the senior exemption. Can I be penalized in the future if I don't say anything and just keep paying my property taxes as is? I feel like it's the village that screwed up and that's on them. Thoughts??
