The majority of my career has been in healthcare tech with some retail experience. Looking to break into event management/coordinating (I believe this is the correct job title) space in either the entertainment, fashion & retail or cosmetic industry. Any insights or advice is appreciated!

Advice on taking the SHRM-SCP exam? I’m taking the exam tomorrow and not feeling as prepared as I should. Who has taken the SCP exam? How difficult did you find it?

How long do people usually stay at their first junior level creative roles? I’m only 2 months in and feel like I should be looking elsewhere. Not for the money, but for the workload, the account, and what the work entails
