Hi fishes,
Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

Stock vests every year for the first 2 years, then it’s every 6 months. Amazons vesting schedule for the first 4 years is kind of weird. First 2 years is cash heavy, then last 2 years is focused on the stock.

6 years for the first time, which took two company moves. Went from ~$75k to $110k, but that only lasted a year before my entire department got downsized.
It took me two more years to get back to six figures, I went from $95k to $125k.
I've been in six figures ever since.
