I recently got a job offer from SAP India at T2.1.
YOE: 2
CTC offered : 21 , fixed :16.8, variable 4.2
HR had mentioned that after training my salary would be revised and both variable and fix will be in 50:50 ratio. So, that way my ctc can go upto 34. Does something like this really happens?

I got an offer in UBS pune with 20 lakh fixed CTC for AO role, plus 80k shift allowances + 2.5 lakh relocation.

Hello all. My company just went through an acquisition and the company did some restructuring of job titles. When they did this we were all advised the company would be making sure our jobs pay aligned with the national average.
My issue with this is my job title went from a Technical Support Supervisor to a Customer Success Team Lead. I have voiced my concerns with management but have been advised job titles are semantics. In my eyes this is a demotion, and will affect how much my job is worth.

Ethics Q: my client created fruaduant medical documents in order to try to recover extra benefits from her injury.
