I have an offer from Cognizant which has delayed my previous date of joining from 15 june to 24 july and it provides a hybrid work model. Whereas I also have offer from TCS where they are asking me to join as early as possible as 11 june is my last working day at current organisation and TCS has strict 5 days work from office and they have lot many projects in TCS. Only 10 days left for my notice period. Which offer should I accept and join? I want job safety and don't want to be on bench for a long time. I'm confused which organisation should I join? Compensation is almost same in Cognizant and TCS. TCS is giving 1 LPA more than cognizant. Please anyone suggest. Having 4 years of experience and TCS is hiring me as IT Analyst grade C2 where as cognizant has hired me as developer role.

Go with TCS.. Safwr than Cognizant.. C2 grade gets full variable payout if you maintain wfo attendance of at least 80%
