Off topic: I am stuck in a service based company for last 4 years in a shitty project. The work I do can be done by a 12th grader. Now i want to move out by learning something new & changing my domain. But the thing is I am not able to study because I am stuck in a comfort zone and learning new thing gives me bad anxiety. Are kickbacks common in the corporate world?
Hello fishes, I have offers from two different companies and both are offering same amount of CTC - 18LPA (YOE: 3.2) . Company names are Pristyn Care and Xiaomi technology india pvt. ltd .
Now for Pristyn Care I won't have to move out of Gurgaon (I'm from north India). Xiaomi is calling me to Bangalore. Rest all the benefits seem similar.
In terms of learning and job security and all the aspects considered, which company should I join?
Please help me decide. Thank you!

I have completed HR discussion round they were asking about my LWD..I said it is officially 90 days.. so should I discuss with my present company manager about LWD before or after getting offer letter
PS: I will be released early as I am sitting idle in the project..one guy in the project got early release.

I generally get calls from Naukri, if you are in need then go for a premium one, it generally increases the number of calls, maybe through this you can get the job.

Calls i am getting.Those calls are not getting converted to interviews
1. Increase your online visibility especially on Linked in. Start liking, commenting and posting. That way you will be more visible to recruiters.
2. Make your online profile more ATS friendly (Applicant Tracking System). Use Chat GPT.
3. Focus more on the impact (revenue, savings) made by you in your role instead of listing down the responsibilities of the job title you have/had.
4. Try finding out the email id of the job posting organization and mail them stating that you want to connect with them to discuss the challenges faced by their organization. Don't highlight your need for a job.
5. Work on a pitch deck ppt for yourself.
These steps will help you land job interviews.
I am also experiencing the same, not getting any calls even applying daily, I am shocked after facing this critical situation, this is never happened before. it's a very very bad situation.
I have 30 days notice period still 1-2 calls only
