Recently, my appraisal cycle got completed. So whenever a recruiter asks about CTC, will I need to add the Gratuity and Insurance and then tell the Total number.

In my company Total CTC = CTC + Gratuity + Insurance.

I have an MBA from London and currently working as strategic consultant. CCTC is 35 LPA fixed.
What is the salary range I can expect to ask on the current role. What normally is included in the CTC of Amazon.

I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)? The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.
