Hey guys, my internship just told me that even though I have really great reviews across the board - there’s no budget at all for ANY creative interns to be hired on full time. Being that it ends in 2 weeks - does anyone have any advice on how to get hired on at another agency full time?

I have been offered an internship for Equity Research role for 2 months. Based on my performance, I'll be on boarded full time. However, they are not letting me know the salary range I can expect once the internship ends. How can I negotiate a salary as per my expectations?

In a meeting we a client, we were looking at a stock image of a smiling Black man holding a baseball bat while wearing a hoodie. The client comments that it’s the wrong way to hold a bat. Cool. But, then follows up and says, “Also, he just looks aggressive. Like, this person would definitely attack me and my family.” I was shocked. But, apparently, I was the only one.
