Hey guys, this is my Resume for a junior web developer role. I did some projects while doing a web development course, I want to build more impactful project and learn more about web development but the circumstances forcing me to get a job. But I am receiving any interview calls, what yo do guys?

I used multiple apps like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukari etc. But nothing they didn't replied me back or anything I don't know what to do now, the current market does not seems good for freshers.

I'm looking for a change and want to get into a DS role. I have 1.8 years of experience at a fortune 50 retailer and I am currently a senior analyst. I also have PGDM in finance, and my skills include SQL, python, PowerBI, tableau, familiar with Knime, Alteryx and also PySpark. I have done a DL project (CNN) in my master's dissertation and also have done projects with Regression too. I've been applying to companies via LinkedIn but not receiving any call back. Having almost 5 yrs of previous experience in KYC/EDD/CDD/AML/TM in HSBC.

How do you get “peaceably” rolled off a project that’s going down in flames when you’re one of the workstream managers and considered a key person risk because you’re the only one that knows everything that’s going on?

I'm feeling a lot of anger towards my manager (now he's acting normal but there were moments where he was condescending/dismissive/mocked my and others work/arrogant/said stuff was "wrong" constantly/belittling the difficulty of tasks etc. in the past project).
Maybe it is "standard chewing out" but it bothered me a lot. So much that I find myself still getting all fired up inside thinking about it...

Received an offer for a Product Manager role from a midsized financial services company for $120k base + 15% bonus. Currently making $130k + 15% bonus in consulting with 4 yoe. Is this a good offer? I’ve been offered a role in S&C (Data Engineer) Consultant level w 65K base. How does this compare to the expected Consultant range?

Any advice on a first year trying to transition from family law to in-house? I always thought family law was my path, and used to enjoy it, but it’s not the direction I want to head in anymore. I don’t think I even want to continue with any litigation work. I’m having a hard time finding firms that are hiring entry level associate positions that don’t require at least 3+ years experience in-house. Should I start at a business law firm to get experience working with corporations first?
