What is reasonable or competative salary for family person in Singapore cost of living onwards.
Is 9k a good salary after tax for 4 members. It can be considered that school cost would be 2.5k, and house 2.5k. will the overall cost for month can come under 7.5 k ? It realistic or just illusion ?

Received an offer for an internal promotion and the verbal offer differed from the written offer. Specifically, the bonus verbalized was 2% higher than the offer letter. HR basically just said ‘sorry, our mistake the letter is right’. What would you do?

Hi fishes! I am in final HR discussions with Ericsson. They are offering Job Stage 5 -- 13lpa (not final). Java Spring Boot, YoE 4.5/5.9. CCTC is 7.7lpa and offer in hand is 11lpa. Am I being low balled as per Ericsson's standards?

I currently earn approx 12 L per annum ( fixed + bonus) in India. Do you think it's a good offer. Also my expectations were 6k SGD or more per month. But the HR said I would never be able to find that in the market.
