Hey, I am a returning professional with about 1.5 years of experience at ZS Associates as DAA and hasn't been in corporate for about 2 and half years due to personal reasons. I am pretty skilled and had always a very good performer. Now that I am trying to get back into corporate, I am facing a lot of rejections. I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.
