Accenture India Lately there are so many hr openings with Accenture in almost all portals naukri, indeed, monster, linked in etc but there is not a single response infact I have the cc number wherein status is reflecting as hr will contact you ..but I have not received any revert, tried emailing the hr through a reference got an auto email stating out of office nd shared his contact number to connect, when tried calling hr,he was annoyed but I guess he forgot that he himself has shared the number. I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

In my eyes- Managers’ jobs are to take care of their team and to simultaneously turn ideas into money. They should have a low ego, invite even the most junior person on your team to get involved, and to set the whole team up for success. Your people management skills are very important because “people quit their managers, not their jobs.”
Yea it’s very easy.. A-AC level it’s so rare that the round has been removed for some roles, but many people get rejected in culture fit for C and even more for M.. ZS1 are you CAMP?? Don’t understand your answer..
Yup, I got rejected. Just because the Senior Leader did not like my SQL approach and wanted me to use the approach he had in his mind. 🙃 Enjoying the cooling period of my dream company.
Well my approach was not simple and that was the issue. He wanted a simplified solution without using window functions. But nevertheless, it's fine. It just wasn't my day. Next time I'll crack it.
