Hey all - could use a bit of advice. I’m a current PL/EM at BCG and for personal reasons my partner and I are considering a transfer to London. I was pretty surprised to see how low the pay is compared to the other offices I know in Europe. It seems like exiting to PE would nearly double my compensation (depending on the fund). Is it short sighted to look for a higher pay exit? Or should I just stick it out until Partner?
