I received an offer from Allstate, Pune. The role is Software Developer for Arity - a subsidiary of Allstate. Does anyone know about this separate entity? From Glassdoor and ambition box reviews I see that there's a lot of micromanagement and frequent layoffs happening at Allstate. But how about Arity? How is the work culture and management over here?

Has anyone applied for or worked in S&O roles at Instacart? How is the process like? What would you say about the workplace culture?
