Hey localities, how do you deal with peach pass? Their website and app are broken, telephonic payment system has incorrect prompts, and 1800 has been useless. Raised incidents on their website and got email a month later saying it’s resolved without really resolving it. At this point, I am looking to see who in their leadership can I contact. The phone agents and supervisors aren’t able to help either. Any tips / suggestions?
