Hey, new to the app. I’ve been a MLT for about 3 years now with no ASCP certification yet it seems as though I still have the lowest pay rate amongst my other colleagues who also have no ASCP certification. What do you guys think is a reasonable pay for a person with a 3 year experience at a reputable hospital?

Joined Ericsson a year ago. Learned new things but not enough. Thinking of leaving it and join some other org. What do you think? I wanted some on-site opportunities but so far nothing.
I know the raise will be in between 5-10%. But the part I missed the most is learning. I can use their portal but that is all theory and can’t do much if they don’t provide the time for it .

I have 9.5 yrs of experience and am currently level 62 in Microsoft. I feel I should be Senior SE in Microsoft (level 63) but when I got microsoft offer last year the HR said it is the maximum they can give. Fixed base is 28 LPA.
