In 2015 i was working under a civil engineer and i had shown that in my experience.
I had no letters provided by my mentor.
The bgv team is now asking for bank statement and offer letter .
After requesting i got experience letter but i dont have anything else to prove that i worked there.
I have not lied but i am not able to prove .
Please help me what should i do in such scenario.would i be terminated .

Been having trouble moving on since girlfriend ended relationship 3 weeks ago after 2+ years of dating. Looking for advice from anyone that worked at a large company in product management and switched either to a startup or a smaller company, or even to another large company. I find myself getting very frustrated with process getting in the way of progress. Is this true of all large companies? And is it better to have the ambiguity of no process at all at a smaller company?

Going on 1.5 yoe and still learning how to organize and deliver customer-centric features at a bank. I’m feeling overwhelmed and eternally behind when it comes to scoping intent and managing timelines. In fact, I have not gotten a timeline together yet because I am still determining features required. I work with a junior PM who is not performing. Not my report, we share a mgr, but as a senior PM I lead the product. He can’t finish anything, needs a lot of coaching, I give him 2h/wk but I can’t afford more.
After 2mos I raised it to our mgr who promised to work with him. 2 more mos passed, mgr talked to him only once, no change in perf. I think mgr doesn’t want to deal with the problem. Now they ask if I want to manage JPM. It is going to be a ‘no’ but I want to ask some advice on all this.
