how is life in Publicis Sapient for a role of Senior Associate Core XT, I have been offered above mentioned role and work seems to be in vanilla tech ( plain js, html,css ), they say I can't change project for atleast 6 months and then I can opt for other projects. Anybody here can please put some light on this topic?

A much much smaller (20 people) company offered me a role.

How do you deal with unresponsive summers? I’m a junior and overseeing my first project with summers (5 in total). Two are unresponsive and do not acknowledge my emails. Do I need to make it clear that I expect acknowledgement when I assign work? The other three don’t have a problem with this, so I’m not sure what it is.

I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. I called the HR after getting their point of contact mail and I asked if it's possible to switch. They said I'm already tagged to a project and that they'll check from their end if it can be done.
