I was a fresher when i joined wipro
My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?

I feel like the urge to run away whenever I'm unable to perform well or understand things. I feel like an impostor getting lucky along my career path. Deep down I know I can do it but I'm slow. Switching jobs is not the solution I feel as I've already tried that. I feel like if I communicate my shortcomings I'll be questioned of my prior experience. Feel like quitting and prepare for a government job or don't know what.If anybody has experienced this phase can you please advice.

I am having 11 years of exp in QA , currently holding designation of Project manager in a midsize startup. I have got 2 offers but for QA lead however the hike is fine but should I switch from PM to QA lead.
Considering my age which is 32 years, I think I can take managerial position later in my career since most of the managers are 38-40 yrs.

Now, the new company is asking to sign a 1 yr of bond. When I asked HR why, she said you need to sign due to current market situation.

Should I go with this or negotiate further?
