Is there any eligibilty tenure to be compleged for Promtions?

I was informed I have to complete 18 months from Date of joining, I have joined last year Jan and my counsellor said I am not eligible till July this year, I am still Staff 3 , I was a lateral joinee, so I will be just get progression to next grade with very less hike ? No promtion from Staff to Senior?

Can someone pls guide?

hey folks, does anyone have advice on how to leave a company that you just joined? I’ve been at my agency for barely two months before getting an amazing offer elsewhere. How do I leave? Should I leave before or after the holidays? My team/boss are SO nice, and I’d hate to burn a bridge.

With 11 yrs YOE and having skills in dimensional Modeling,data warehouse ,ETL and Reporting , what should be the salary expectation in market. I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role. Most likely i am going to get more 35 LPA but Shall I negotiate for 40 LPA else should not join ? Is 40 LPA is good or very high ? Plz advice. Thanks.
