Analyst pay is relatively standardized across the board. Between 70-90K based on YOE.
Consultant starts in and around $100K and then is adjusted upwards for the HCOL cities. Push for C level because our raises are pretty bad. Try to come in as high as you possibly can. Good luck.
In my experience, can be as low as 65k for analysts and promotion to consultant puts you at less than 90k, so I recommend coming in at consultant.
Analyst is ~90k from my interview with them. Consultant I imagine would be a bit north of that
Tried to offer me 68k cad in Toronto.
Wait you guys are getting paid?
Post undergrad.. how many years of non consulting experience? Some markets have analyst level for <3 years experience, and consultant is generally 4-5 years
Chicago analyst with 3 YOE was 70k, they told me it was “standardized” at analyst level and refused to go higher
No way your bonus as analyst is 20K. Maybe 5-7K if you crush it
Tried to offer me 90K for a consultant role in Houston
😬
70k at MSP office...
Same but I'm a Consultant
Thanks for the help everyone!
65k was standard in Chicago for entry analyst
Also... depends on Market/Location 'cause cost of living.
