I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. I might not have any super unique advice but I'd say, to make your resume stand out, you always want to tailor it very specifically to the role you want by highlighting key achievements with metrics if possible. For interviews, I would focus a lot on storytelling, especially how your skills have solved problems before. Employers want you to really craft a story that shows how you'll contribute
I really appreciate the advice, I do hear the "tailor the resume to the position you want" frequently and it's always good advice. The story telling aspect is a unique position i haven't heard all too often if at all. I can definitely do something with that and that will help me. I just got to get some more interviews now. Thank you
Be prepared with thoughtful questions that you learned from your job. Think what do I like or not like from a manager, work environment, processes, software, etc. the interview should be a two-way street. Be polished and early. Other than that, just be prepared to elaborate about your skills outside of your resume. What can you bring that they may need (based on job posting)?
