Hi all - anyone know Disney’s internal role structure? Is Senior Manager more or less Senior than SM at Accenture?

Anyone held a dedicated Design Systems designer role within a Design Systems team? How will the day-to-day differ from being a Product or Interaction Designer?

I am the latter and interviewing for the former, but want to get a better understanding of what the DS role is like before accepting offers for DS.

Hi all, negotiating with HR on salary for a new AS position and want to know what’s fair. I was an AE for two years, took a promotion at another agency for SAE for only 8 months and am now being recruited for AS at 80k. All of my agencies have been large, I’ve worked on pharma and a large global account, I also started “managing” at the AE level due to my team’s structure. Is $80k fair? Thanks!

I’ve been interviewing for new positions to leave PA. But in my current position, we’ve been adding quite a few new projects (and our team is partner, two staff, and me) that will probably start over the next couple of months. Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? How does search work at McKinsey? If it’s up to x weeks paid to find a job, how will they know if I’ve already accepted an offer? Hey 🐠, curious your thoughts on two roles. 27m finishing non-MBA grad school while working. First I’d a manager-level BD role for a startup (but public) company im really excited/energized by. 150k base with 15% bonus and equity. Second is a senior manager level growth & partnerships role for a slightly larger company that’s cool but I’m less enthusiastic about. 165k with 20% bonus and equity. Ignoring equity considerations, would you take the job with lower pay if the company is more exciting?

Anyone have experience working with/at Denali Therapeutics? Thoughts on the company/culture/compensation? Any information would be helpful!
