What’s your take on working along side a team in marketing but barely any of your team enjoy the social present, let alone having actual social accounts. I’m totally respect people who want to keep their personal life private, but not knowing what the hell is trending while holding a role that deal with social media contracts everyday and giving others opinions, that’s what I’ll have problem with. Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal? I know another AA that handles 3+ people but idk if she’s hourly or salary. Any thoughts?

I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Hey folks does Mindtree send any rejection mail? I was interviewed for the role Technical Lead and cleared the technical round and Managerial round also went well. It almost 2 weeks now and no response from the HR.

She said "I'm sending for approval".

I asked mindtree to revise my compensation by informing of the counter offer and surprising they provided me the CTC i requested without asking for proof of counter offer. Is this something skeptical ?

I have an offer from MindTree. DoJ was 21 Sep but was not getting relieving from current company. Hence requested to give a revised DoJ (1month extension). Does the offer/salary also need to be revised. My current company is offering me a retention hike thats not close to MindTree offer. However, there are no documents and they will revise it internally in the system. How can I prove this to MindTree?
