I also have an offer from SGS technology, fixed 24 permanent wfh. I rejected Bajaj Finance as they provided low CTC.

I have more than 10 years of experience in Manual/Database Testing, Data Consulting,Data Quality and Data Migration using SQL. I am also a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and certified Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO). What salary should I ask for. I mean any average CTC looking at the current market and my YOE.
