Can you share your experience working with Kyndryl. I worked with IBM gts which converted to kyndryl. I saw all the managers and lead using abusive/foul languages, insulting everyone.
It seems people grown inside gutter.
How is the condition now 🤣

I recently got offer letter from kyndryl. my YoE is 11.5 Years and skill set is that of DevOps (Python, Ansible, AWS, rDBMS, shell etc). Kyndryl offered the band 7a with salary 21lpa. Am I underpaid? Should I have asked for more?
PS: my current ctc is 12.5lpa
