I have submitted the documents for LTI..before an formal HR call one lady HR called me and ask for expected CTC..i have one offer in hand and i demand 20% of that offer as fixed..she asked me to negotiate and so i went for 20% of offer as total CTC instead of fixed..she simply said OK thats it..and call ended..will I get positive note from them....?

I joined Barclays on 21st March.
I heard that salary day in Barclays is 24th, so will I recieve salary this month or will it come next month only.

After clearing both of the technical rounds HR contacted over mail for expected ctc and other things.Can anyone tell if my expected ctc is higher then is there any chance they will not reply or delay the discussion or they will straight away deny?? I am waiting for the response from hr from past 7 days.

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. Deloitte's offer: 14 fixed +10% var + 1.5 JB
Role: Healthcare Consultant/BA

Cognizant's offer: 18 fixed +1 var
Same role

Haven't yet talked to Deloitte about counter offer, curious how much will they counter this with.
