Does VISA accepts the notice period of 90 days? I have been asked to specify the NP but i fear they will ghost of i say 90. Should i just say 60 with buyout option line, and take a chance?

JPMorgan Chase folks, how long does it take after accepting the offer/contract to getting contacted by the premployment screening team ? I have been waiting for a week now but I was told it is triggered automatically after 24hrs to 48 business hours after the acceptance. I have called my recruiter and they said I should check my spam folder which had nothing. Any indications here ?

I have 2 offers from which I need to decide, 1 is for support role (shifts) and other is for Development role which I don't have hands on but managed to crack the interview somehow.
