I went for 3 interviews with a company met with vp and was given package thinking I aced interview there was another candidate 😞 the other person for the job. The VP calls me to tell me I didn’t get position however he wants me to re apply in new year that something else will be open, and that he wanted to keep a copy of my resume what does this mean ? I'm in monaqo since 5yrs, I just got promoted with 52% hike from 12.5LPA to 19LPA(18Fix,1V) and increased NP to 90D from 45D. Every year I get hike betwn 20-25%.
Now got offer from freshmenu(product based) giving only 25% hike(24Fix,0V) but ready to wait 90D NP. They are saying - I already got good hike, no budget, your NP is high and we are considering only fixed part.
So in dilemma to stay for yearly hike or to leave because of 90D NP which will make difficult to get another job
