I’m about a month post FET, and after a positive beta I was feeling all of the classic symptoms (like nausea) from like week 5-6. I’ve been working a Boston based commercial lender for about 9 months as a credit analyst since leaving my relationship manager/portfolio manager role in agricultural lending. I’ve been presented with a portfolio analyst role they have created for me (was told not to apply for a PM role) . The offer is for $100k, is this reasonable? My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Is it a red flag for them to not share this? His total comp could be less at this new job…

Anyone get a verbal offer where the hiring manager tells you they will be sending a formal offer letter, but be patient. No details on compensation, benefits, PTO, etc shared at all. It’s been a week and I’m still waiting. Not sure if this is an ominous sign.
