Hi all. Hiring manager and HR stated I’d have a final round outcome by a certain time which has now passed. I emailed HR lead and they didn’t respond. I then emailed the HR member who gave the initial timeline and they’ve backtracked and implied that I couldn’t have heard back by then. I don’t know what to make of this and am starting to feel like they have moved on and are stalling until they get an offer signed. Am I overthinking?

Within my first year of Consulting, really struggling with the hours amongst other things. Spoken to a couple of people internally and the advice is to get on to projects with bigger budgets and therefore bigger teams/more support.
