Not so good experience till now

2019: L1 - L2 - waited for HR

2020: L1 - L2 - HR - waited for Offer

2022: L1 - 2 weeks now waiting for L2

Does anyone know why we have received same increment even when our ratings are different. There is only slight difference in bonus amount, rest is same for all guys. This is definitely true for 0-1 yoe ones.
