I am liking deloitte but compensation and designation is not as per my yoe according to current market scenario. Should I consider switching as in Deloitte I will get a raise in 2023 now and I doubt the hikes will be as good as this year. Deloitte USI EY

Recently I cleared 2 technical rounds and had salary discussion with HR on 26th July.
When I enquired about offer letter last week, hr replied in mail that "Since your education under blacklist with cognizant, we are unable to process with your offer. Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?

I was recently realigned to Kolkata location although my base location as per offer letter was Bangalore. The relocation HR PoC helped me relocate for now as WFH is going on & I wanted to save money by not changing to Bangalore as of now.
