Hi All, I am 3.8 yoe and working in deloitte usi as Analyst(Fullstack dev) with 9.5lpa comp. I am having offer of 15lpa from ey gds. I am liking deloitte but compensation and designation is not as per my yoe according to current market scenario. Should I consider switching as in Deloitte I will get a raise in 2023 now and I doubt the hikes will be as good as this year. Deloitte USI EY

I am terribly underpaid in my current org at 5.5 LPA after a recent promotion and annual appraisal. Another mid size consulting firm offered me 7.5 LPA but I am asking them around 9 LPA.

Hi! I requested a raise in late august and am still waiting on confirmation. Last update was 3 weeks ago from my boss who said he put in the request and is still waiting on approval. I can’t help but think they’re just delaying until the new quarter which is the normal raise period. Is a month and a half a long time to be waiting for this? Need some advice: I am planning to buy a house. Me and husband we both work in downtown and have a 4 year old. We have stayed in sandy springs for 3 years now and have loved the place. But the school in sandy springs are not good. What will be the best place to buy house now that we are working remotely anyways. Should I look for good new construction with backyard near dunwoody Roswell or should I look for good school district house near Alpharetta, John creeks and Cummings.
