Good reputation and quality. They eat ZS’ lunch in the Boston/Cambridge area.
Damn really? What types of work?
Trinity as in the IDN?
Speaking from an insider perspective here but I’d say WLB is generally comparable to industry standard. We’ve recently had a cohort of people start who came from Clearview, ZS, and other LS firms — culture is a big draw at trinity and managers across the board are awesome. Announced the blueprint acquisition yesterday but sounds like there won’t be layoffs & were still hiring organically with no change to our 2021 recruiting targets
Hi, can you share how is the career progression looks like at Trinity? I have heard the promotion tends to faster at Trinity but a few linkedin searches showing that's not the case. Do you think promotions have slowed down as the firm grows/hires more people.
For PhDs joinings as Sr. Consultants.
They’re hiring a lot recently. I heard that half of their RWE team left.
I’m not sure. My friend was really angry with management/culture and left, but they’re just one data point.
Off topic but relevant, they announced an acquisition of a smaller shop today (BluePrint)
hm, they must be doing well revenue-wise if they acquired a ~105 fte firm (based on linkedin)
