I am a data science consultant with 2.5 years of experience, currently working at EY.
My current CTC is 10.5, but serving notice period. The offers I have is Tiger Analytics - Data Scientist - 15LPA, Ensmble 17LPA, Fractal Analytics 20LPA, and Eli Lilly 24LPA.
I can settle for WFH within range of 25LPA or WFO in range 35LPA. Which companies offer that much for someone with experience equivalent to mine?

I’m (early30s) about 8 months into a relationship with a 40m. Things are wonderful in every aspect, but he is absolutely atrocious with his finances. I felt it becoming an issue about two months ago. Comforting others:
When someone tells me bad news regarding their health, I say everything I am supposed to say (I’m sorry to hear that, I’m here for you, etc) EXCEPT “everything is going to be ok”. Because I can’t guarantee that and I really don’t know if everything is going to be ok. I was taken aback recently when a friend told me I am calloused and cold-hearted for not being able to say those words. Is she right? My 64 y/o mom is really struggling with her mental health and refuses to acknowledge it or take action. She is already difficult to have a relationship with, toxic, always shaming, blaming, dismissive and refuses to have important conversations.
6 years ago her husband/my step dad was killed suddenly and tragically. He had a man cave room that she has not touched since. It is beyond filthy, unsanitary and poor living conditions.
