Just received 2 offers that I’m weighing, both in Advertising tech:
1. Smaller firm about to be acquired by a larger one, Product Marketing role (title would be Sr. PMM)
2. FAANG, Sales Account Manager role (similar to my current role)
I have 5-6 YOE and have been in an Account Management role for most of my career - is it worth making the switch to PMM at a smaller firm or sticking with what I know at a FAANG? Both would have relatively similar comp. Thanks in advance for your input!

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. I accepted a FADP offer but I have lifelong crippling anxiety It leads to (TMI) diarrhea, I can’t sleep at night, among a lot of other issues. I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved. I know I’m capable of getting the work done and they must see potential if they hired me. But I feel that if I ask for WFH or other accom. I’m gonna be shooting myself and my career in the foot.

Hi fishes, I joined infosys as manual tester in trade finance domain at 3 Lpa now after almost 2 years of experience I have offer from tcs for 4 Lpa and quality kiosk for 7.5 lpa. Tcs offered me a developer role while quality kiosk offered me the same role in Testing with trade finance domain. Tcs refused to renegotiate the salary even a little. I'm not sure where I should join, any suggestions?

I'm currently working as ETL tester @ Infosys, 5Yoe, cctc: 6.5
Going for my first switch, and got offer from CTS with 11.5 ctc as etl tester.
My lwd is jan 2nd.
I got trained in Selenium in java and i think my selenium concepts/understandings are good, need some brush up on testng.
So is it advicable to kick start and brushup Selenium+ TestNG concepts in 1 month and go for automation role interviews as i dont have experience in realtime automation projects. Good or bad idea?
