I am planing to join Nokia networks CNS BU.
Is this BU is good to join in term of job security and growth.
Also they are offering some part as variable so at the end of year did we get full variable pay ?Nokia Nokia solutions and networks

In co-operate its about give and take. What security and growth you are providing to company also to be thought. Variable pay based on your performance and company performance. So u get full or more or less .

there is no term like job security , if you are in demnding or new tech roles, may feel secure else nokia is same like other companies,
as far sa variable is concern, this year, it was 100% except NI BU but was very less previous year, so it is not predictable and depend overall on BU plus Nokia performance.

Started vyvance. I’m eating a lot, super hydrated, no caffeine and I still feel super weird. I’m calm and my brain feels great but physically my eyes are soo dry and my body just feels disassociated. It’s only been three days. Does this pass?

How did you give notice you were lateraling to people you like? Particularly if you haven't been there that long?

I'm lateraling to another firm because frankly I think the management of this one is terrible, but the people (and individual partners) I actually work with are awesome. I've only been here for about 18 months, so I imagine that short time frame will make it extra awkward 😬
