I am working for a citi project and got conversion offer from citi manager as i resigned from tcs.The process has been veru slow and iam expecting job id to be created by next week.But my last working day with tcs is 30th july and i am not sure if the entire process will be a formality.My citi manager also added that since last 2-3 years a screening exam KARAT has been introduced which he will try to bypass.Iam from Business intelligence background.Has anyone of you gone through this ?
