Has anyone on here interviewed for this position before? How did you prepare? If not, how do you prepare for pre sales interviews. I haven't been able find much insight online about this role.

Has anyone ever left Chubb to go to Liberty or Travelers for commercial or middle market underwriting or even a sales rep role? If so, how do you like it? Came from The Hartford and love Chubb so far, but curious to see what else is out there.

I worked for x company for 2 yrs and switched to y company in feb 2022. But recently i faced a situation. I cleared all rounds and send my docs to sunlife financial but now when i am trying to connect with them they are saying your candidature is on hold. I alao resigned from my current company. Every time I try to work with a recruiter, the initial conversation goes great and then I never hear another peep from them. Am I doing something wrong? What can I do to make working with a recruiter worth my time?

I had the first round with a consulting firm and it takes them more than a month to arrange the final round and the recruiter is not being responsive. Is that normal?

How much of Variable Pay is Paid ?? I got 15% of Base salary but how much will be paid like the usual norm i want to know

And what are the deductions from Base salary apart from PF ?

How bad is it for a junior to push back against a completely psychotic mid level? I don’t know how this mid level hasn’t been fired because they are even rude and bossy to partners and are a nightmare for juniors. I’ve decided enough is enough and am now pushing back against their arbitrary deadlines and other insane and unnecessary asks. I rarely work with this person and have good reviews. Am I asking for trouble?

I have a phone screen interview with AWS for the position of Systems Engineer with the Linux team early next week. I’ve been a Sys Admin for the last 4 years, and I’m not very well-versed with coding. The phone screen does have whiteboard coding, any tips on what I could do to prepare for this? I’m not sure if I can let the interviewer know I’m not too strong with coding. I do want to take up the challenge, and also find out if the role would require extensive coding though. Any tips?

I already did the pre interview call, assessment, technical phone interview with director and now am invited for the (I believe final) on-site virtual interview for a quality assurance engineer I role. Does anyone have any tips or is able to chat about their experience? They said to block off the whole day as it is around 4 hours with a panel.

I have my first case study presentation interview coming up in 2 weeks. I have never done this type of interview. I was told the case study details would be emailed to me 3 days before my interview date and I must create a PowerPoint presentation and email it the morning of my interview. Just trying to get a little more understanding on it.

Interviewed for a sr. PM last Thursday. Was scheduled for 30min but we went to an hour and had a really good conversation. The questions I got asked I was told the answers were perfect by the hiring manager. I felt really good coming out of it but then followed up with an email thanking them for the time the next day and I never received a response or next steps. Am I thinking too much into it or is it not a good sign?
