I cleared both TP1 and TP2. After a week, they requested few documents to be shared via mail directly to HR ( No ion portals).
There has been no HR discussion yet. How long would they take for HR discussion and offer release?

How do you feel about leaving a company shortly after joining?

I've been told by people to not be loyal to companies & I've seen posts in forums where people have talked about leaving workplace 1, at workplace 2 for like 3 weeks, and already interviewing for workplace 3 (and the recruiter for workplace 3 doesn't even know that the person has left workplace 1). That feels a little disingenuous and...bad etiquette maybe? What do you think?

My interview with Microsoft for SE2 was scheduled and cancelled a day before. Neither I received any email regarding cancellation nor the recruiter informed me. Two days later I got an email saying Microsoft is freezing hiring for certain departments and the recruiter is ghosting me. Will I even get a chance to interview atleast?
