Hi All, I got offer from Wipro of CTC 15LPA and 7.5% as variable pay. Right now I'm working in Mphasis for past 9 months and need to serve 3 months of notice. In Mphasis getting pay around 11.5LPA 5% variable pay. Mphasis right now doing WFH and no shifts Wipro as of now WFH and may be further need to go to office and there will be shifts Mphasis base location is b'lore and wipro base location is coimbatore. Wipro Mphasis Could you please provide your suggestions YOE: 5 years 1 month.
It's been a year that Wipro gave 100% quarterly variable. Location is your preference. Don't expect wfh In Wipro as right now employees are expected to work from office thrice in a week. If you are in support you will be expected to work in shifts.
Thank you for your response. Coimbatore is nearer to me and HR said that initially you need to do work from home. They are ready to ship the laptop to my home. I'm in a support project only. Mphasis may call back to office within 6 months to 18 months and there won't be any hike!!
Would Mphasis want to retain you?
7.5% variable seems to be on higher side. Variable component in Mphasis remains 5% upto certain higher pay grade.
As of now they are not going to retain because I need to complete 18 months within an organisation. Wipro is providing me 7.5% of variables!
