Hi all , I had bonus component written in my offer letter and when I am trying to ask for the bonus the organization is saying the bonus cycle is from Dec1 to Nov 30. I have my last working day in mid of November.

As per my understanding and observation I should be eligible for partial bonus for the time period I worked if it is mentioned in CTC and when we were freshers the company provided us with partial bonus as well so I don't think it should be a problem
Any advice would be helpful

AWS vs Cloudflare BDR roles

AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.
