I had HR round for LTIMindtree on Jan 1st. And also I got a mail from LTIM saying I have cleared all the steps of the interview process. In the HR round I was told that I will be given offer letter in 3-4 days if the manager approves the CTC I have asked. Haven't heard from them yet. How long should I wait. I don't want to call the HR as it makes them feel like I'm after them. Please pour your suggestions.

So far there has been an online assessment, round 1of interview with assistant manager, round 2 of interview with the Manager.

Are there gonna be more rounds of interview..? If not, what is expected timeline they take to make the final decision..?

I had my second technical interview two weeks ago and I had emailed the recruiter to check for any progress on my application. I just received an email saying they want to talk to me over call. Should I be worried? Given the hiring freeze .. I am a little worked up. I mean, I would surely talk to her soon to know the situation but my anxiety is off the charts. My manager says they will retain me by providing the same offer what I got in Infosys, i have put my resignation and my manager is calling me on weekly basis and saying that he is talking with senior leadership. Will TCS retain me? Suggestions please. I heard TCS has stopped allocating funds for retaintion is that true?
