I have 4 years of experience in Linux Admin and recently interviewed with Capgemini. My current CTC is ₹4.53 LPA. In the L2 round, I quoted ₹10-12 LPA (which I feel is already low). They confirmed ₹7 LPA is guaranteed but no promise for higher. They’re eager for me to join (asked 5 times if I’d reject the offer last minute) and are open to a 90-day NP, with 12 days WFO.
How should I approach the HR call, and what CTC should I quote?

I have joined hcl on 24 th sep 2021 and my last working day here is 18th May 2022.
Today I received my provisional full and final settlement and the payable amount is negative -11454. They are recovering the full AMPB amount which I got from September months.
I have heard from this platform only that hcl stopped the recovery police but still I got the negative fnf.

I have joined capgemini recently and till now can't find accommodation as per my requirement in Airoli. So can i stay at Capgemini's guest house for a few months? Anyone knows anything about that?

I trained on .net and then after I supported .net application. After 3 years I got to work on ssrs reports. We build reports from scratch in ssrs, then I worked on qlik view application. Attended training on qlik sense. My question is for which openings/certificate I have to look .net (I have only support knowledge) or reporting tools like ssrs, qlik view ? I am struggling to choose with the way to upgrade myself.
