I have another offer from Nissan for 9 LPA fixed.

Both offers are for Data Engineer with similar technologies.

Can you suggest which one should I choose?

If any of these can slightly increase the package which would be the better one?

Accenture - 13 Fixed + 3.5 var(3.9 joining bonus)
Infy - 15.7 Fixed + 2.8 var(1.25 joining bonus)
CTS - 20 Fixed + 0.7 var(1 joining bonus)

I am happy to join CTS but very much worried about the attrition rate of cognizant recently.

Note - The first offer in the process was from Accenture and they are ready to offer 18 LPA Fixed + 3.5 Var after Revision

I'm the hiring mgr for designers in my org. I recently discovered pay band information given to me by the HR generalist I'm working with on hiring was outdated and updated bands had been released over the summer (prior to my hire date). The outdated information had led me to believe a prime candidate was out of range. Aside from incompetence, can anyone think of a reason why HR might have withheld information about the pay bands? I assume mgrs see the full monty when it comes to pay...right?
