Hi All.

I have cleared the HR round in wipro and they confirmed that the offer letter will be rolled out with in a week.

But the problem is I don't have offer and release letter of my first company where I have worked for 4 years( I have only mail confirmation by the HR, confirming my tenure over there).

I have just spoke with the recruiter, she has suggested to upload all the documents for BGV and after clearing the BGV i should put down my papers.But BGV happens only after joining IMO

BGV initiates before onboarding in most of the companies these days, recruiter is right better wait for it.
BTW is there any way you talk to old company and get experience letter? Most companies will keep asking for last 5-7 years employment proofs.

See if you have joining letter or offer letter from ur previous company accompanied with any letter as relieving or experience then it will do... In BGV they need to verify the joining and last date i.e. LWD. So HR mail might work if it is accompanied by joining letter.. but try to mail ur previous ORG and get a experience letter.

Rejected from both.
