I have given an interview in tcs on 31st May. Got salary breakup mail on 10th June. Still my status is evaluation in progress. Also when I called hr to know my update on profile she told me that they are awaiting approval on the project for which I was hired. After approval they will proceed with my profile.

What is going on with recruiters? I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but not even an email back saying “something came up” or “we’ve moved on” ? I’ve been ghosted after every final interview during my recent job search, but never had I been ghosted before even having the first call??

Let's say I have got offer from company A and B.
The salary of B is little more than A.
I am willing to join A, hence want to re negotiate.

Technical round, salary discussion/HR round for HCL completed 2 weeks back. I got to know there should be another round called "TAG" round. I didn't get any mail regarding that. I am waiting for offer letter.

what is TAG round?

I have 2 offers., YOE 10.2 , SAP Basis Hana consultant . Atos 16.8 lakh and HCL 18.5 .
I asked 22 lakh to HCL , but they said 18 is the max they can offer. Any basis consultant of 10 years recently joined HCL .please share your how much did you get from hcl

NP : less than 10 days
Offer in hand: HCL 18.5 lpa || NTT data 20 LPA (shifts) || LTI 19 LPA and 1 lakh JB
I want to show counter offer of 20 lpa to LTI and ask for 20% hike that is 24 lpa. Will LTI give that kind of hike ? Please share your advice on this. and also which company to join.
