7.25 LPA fixed - YOE 4.10
YOE!?!?
With highe yoe, higher salaries are possible. I have seen many consultants with 30+ packages nowadays ; yoe - 13-17
At architect level, very rare that some people with get 35+ salaries, but the average range is 22 to 25 lpa.
Well there are lot of external factors:
- current pay
- is there a high demand
- your interview feedback
- your skillset (certifications, job profile, new age technologies worked on)
Since you asked is it possible, I said yes and I have many around me with those packages. So take this as motivation that with right skillset and a leadership or architect mindset , it is feasible.
Accenture is really riding high on this list with Infosys , TCS and other service based getting there at higher experiences.
Hope this helps.
P.S. - I am in core recruitment team at Infosys for SAP , so I am telling you from experience.
Infosys, then u or ur peer HR mujhe itna kamm kyu dia.. 19LPA.. 😔 22 hi maanga tha
At what experience infy give 19 LPA with SAP Basis Consultant
This depends on your skill and experience. Let's say the person has only support experience then you will not get good package.
Let's say you have worked on every aspect of SAP such as Implementation, Migration and Upgrade, then you will be in demand.
By the way I have seen people even getting 35+ LPA with below 10 YOE. Hope this helps.
Can you share more details please. At what experience you or someone getting 25 LPA?
Total YOE?
