Hi all i have given interview with the Equifax and my first round was good and hr told me that i cleared that round and they will schedule my second round of interview but its been a month that they haven't scheduled second round of interview but when i call hr he says manager is busy who will take the interview so wait will i get the call or they just keep me hanging there?

I had a first interview last Tuesday with Amazon, which I think went well, although I still haven't heard back 6 days later and then got an OOO annual leave msg and a no response when I chased up the named colleague today. Is this typical behaviour others have experienced when dealing with the big tech company recruiters? I found Google and Facebook recruiters to be efficient and TikTok so-so, if not a little slow, but 6 days+ seems poor.
